Tell it @ Jacob s Café is Towsoon Lim s first literary work on the culinary world of food and the events and peoples that revolve around it. Food has always been his passion throughout his lifetime. A graduate from the University of Singapore in Electrical Engineering (1976), Towsoon spent 25 years in the field of engineering before venturing into the café business. He also has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Carleton University (1985) of Canada. Active in social work and grassroots activities, he presently heads the Changi Village Merchants Association as its President. He is married to Joey and they have a teenage daughter Joyce.
